By accessing or using Auto Carousels ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Auto Carousels is a web-based application that allows users to create carousel content for social media using AI-powered image generation and editing tools. The Service includes features such as AI image generation, a visual canvas editor, image library storage, and export functionality.

3. User Accounts

To use the Service, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Subscriptions and Payment

The Service is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to:

• Pay the subscription fee at the start of each billing period
• Automatic renewal unless you cancel before the end of the current period
• Credits do not roll over between billing periods

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

Important: If your subscription is canceled or expires:

• Your account access will be limited to viewing only
• You will not be able to create new content or generate new images
• Your data (including all images, projects, and files) will be permanently deleted 90 days after your subscription ends
• If you resubscribe within 90 days, your data will be preserved
• After 90 days, deleted data cannot be recovered

We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before your subscription ends.

6. Content Ownership

You retain ownership of:

• Content you upload to the Service
• Content you create using the Service, including AI-generated images

You grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you.

7. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Generate illegal, harmful, or offensive content
• Infringe on the intellectual property rights of others
• Distribute malware or engage in phishing
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems

8. AI-Generated Content

AI-generated content is created using machine learning models. While we strive for quality, we do not guarantee that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any content before publishing.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Auto Carousels shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

10. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
