- Active subscribers: Data is retained for the duration of your subscription
- After cancellation: Your data is retained for 90 days after your subscription ends
- After 90 days: All your content (images, projects, files) is permanently deleted. This includes uploaded images, AI-generated images, carousel projects, and all associated data.
- If you resubscribe within 90 days, your data will be preserved
- Basic account information may be retained for legal and compliance purposes
We recommend downloading any content you wish to keep before your subscription ends.
